Photography/ Filming & Recording

Photography/filming & recording is not allowed in any of the live online group or individual class.

You are not allowed to try to download, record or take pictures from the self-study package.

Students also agree to ensure that their webcam is switched on throughout each live lesson.

EduWebStar has the right to take legal action if they record / share password, or disseminate copyrighted material

Education Counselling and study abroad services

Visas are sole jurisdiction of the issuing country. EduWebstar assumes no responsibility on visa approval.

All our tutors are Native English speakers, delivering an authentic IELTS training experience. Our course content is designed and created by actual IELTS examiners with 20+ years of experience

Admissions are sole decisions of the University / College, and usually depends on the students own merit. EduWebstar is an advisory and assistance service, and does not assume responsibility for guaranteeing admission .

Schoarships / examination results / scores are dependent on individual students capability, merit and performance.  Eduwebstar does not assume responsibility for any of the same.

Code of Conduct and Termination


EduWebStar reserves the right to terminate an enrolment without issuing a refund, where a participant’s behaviour is such that it would be unreasonable for them to continue their studies.

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach the Terms of the Contract set out herein Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

All services provided would be time-bound , and all obligations to continue the same shall cease after a term specified, depending on the type of service

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with English Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Due Diligence/ Caveat Emptor

Our website is intended to provide general information only and, as such, should not be considered as a substitute for advice covering any specific situation.

Payment


Payments may be made by bank transfer or debit/credit card and must be received in full prior to the course start date.

We do not make any charges for payments. We are not responsible for any bank service fees; it is the responsibility of the student to cover any fees required to ensure that we receive the full student fee. Always quote the student number on bank transfers.

Refund and Cancellations Fees

If we cancel a programme after a student’s enrolment, we will refund all monies already paid.

All refunds are made to the original fee payer

Refunds will be made within 15 business days of the documented date of cancellation initiated by us.

Students are not entitled to a refund if they initiate cancellation after enrolment, irrespective of duration of course or services taken.

Consent

By using our website, you hereby consent to our privacy policy and terms and conditions.

Your use of our site or services constitutes your binding acceptance of these Terms, including any modifications that we make.

Upadates to terms and conditions

EduWebStar reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
